摘要: 针对一款槽数多、极对数多的双通道旋变发送机常规的逐槽检测下线正确性效率较低、易漏检的问题,对常见的下线错误导致电磁角度变化这个问题进行理论计算,得出不同下线错误模式引起输出电压幅值和交轴误差角度的相关性,从而快速分辨下线正确性,并能缩小绕组错误的位置范围,提高检测效率。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and easy missed detection of the conventional slot-by-slot detection of a two-speed rotary transformer with many slots and pole pairs, the theoretical caculations were conducted on the electromagnetic angle changes caused by common errors. It is possible to find out the relative value of output voltage amplitude and cross-axis error angle caused by different winding position error modes, and this method can reduce the position range of winding error, improve the detection efficiency.
