摘要: 绝对式光电编码器广泛应用于伺服、机器人等高精度控制领域。 随着器件国产化率要求的增加,产品的故障概率也随之增加,该故障影响系统的可靠性。 对交流伺服电机使用过程中,国产绝对式光电编码器常见故障进行总结与分析,提出电机故障的快速定位和解决方法。 该方法为国产编码器设计改进积累了经验。

Abstract: The absolute optical encoder was widely used in servo, robots and other high-precision control fields. With the increase of the localization rate of devices, the failure probability of products increases, which affects the reliability of the system. The summarizes and analyzes the common faults of the domestic absolute optical encoder during the use of AC servo motor and puts forward the fast location and solution of the faults of the motor. This method has accumulated the experience for the design improvement of the domestic encoder.
