摘要: 以 12 槽 8 极内置式永磁电机为分析对象,探究直流分量与不平衡电流两种畸变模式下的切向电磁力及气隙磁密变化规律,从数值仿真层面剖析上述两种畸变电流对切向电磁力的贡献阶次;深入解析切向电磁力劣化阶次与径向及切向磁密的内在关系,并探明主要贡献的磁密阶次;该研究可在生产制造中为类似畸变电流相关工程案例剖析提供理论支撑。

Abstract: The 12-slot & 8-pole interior permanent magnet machine was used as the study object. Under both the DC component mode and the unbalanced current mode, the tangential electromagnetic force and the air-gap flux density were researched. The contribution orders of the two kinds of abnormal currents mentioned above to the tangential electromagnetic force was analyzed by simulation. The internal relationship between the larger tangential forces and the radial & tangential flux density was analyzed, and the main-contribution flux density order was proved. This study could provide theoretical support for the analysis of engineering cases related to abnormal currents.
