摘要: 针对十字 U 形截面板材零件的成形特点,对其成形工艺使用 DYNAFORM 软件进行数值模拟研究。 通过建立有限元分析模型,对十字 U 形截面零件的成形过程进行模拟。 根据模拟结果,分析观察零件的成形情况,并选取典型区域的单元进行应力应变状态的分析。 针对成形结果中的缺陷,提出合理的优化措施,对优化处理的效果进一步数值模拟,壁厚减薄率由 30%降低至 20%以下,为实际生产和应用提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract: The contrary to forming features of the cross section of U type parts of sheet metal, we used numerical software DYNAFORM to research its forming technology. By setting up finite element analysis model,forming process of the cross section of U type parts were simulated. According to the simulation results,we analyzed and observed the situation of forming part,unit area of a typical stress-strain states were also analyzed. Contrary to forming defects,reasonable optimization measures were proposed,and the effects were simulated,the wall thickness reduction rate has decreased from 30% to below 20%,which could provide reference for the actual production and application.
