摘要: 随着机器人技术的不断进步,重载机器人在各个领域发挥着非常关键的作用。 重载机器人用伺服电机具有快速响应及高精度特点,能够确保机器人适应复杂多变的工作环境、满足不同任务需求。 通过分析伺服电机测试原理,兼顾电机实际应用场合,提出一套适用于重载机器人的电机性能与可靠性测试方案,试验结果证明了所提测试方案的有效性。

Abstract: With the continuous advancement of robotics technology, heavy-duty robots are playing a very critical role in various fields. The servo motors of heavy-duty robot have the characteristics of fast response and high precision, which can ensure that the robot adapts to the complex and changing working environment and meets different task requirements.By analyzing the principle of servo motor testing and taking into account the practical scenarios of the motor, a motor
performance and reliability analysis scheme suitable for heavy-duty robots is proposed. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed testing scheme.
