扁铜漆包线免剥漆皮电阻焊接头性能分析

Performance Analysis of Resistance Welding Joints of Enameled Flat Copper Wire Without Removing the Paint Film

摘要: 以扁线电机定子为主体,结合扁铜漆包导体和无绝缘铜端子材质、电阻焊接工艺方法及特性,探讨扁铜漆包线免剥漆皮电阻焊接头不同截面形状下的微观组织结构、力学性能、电学性能等方面的特点。 对焊接后的接头进行了外观、宏观样貌、拉伸性能、直流电阻和通电温升检测及定子绕组三相电阻验证,综合考虑后得出结论,扁铜漆包线免剥漆皮电阻焊接头的截面形状为圆形带凹点时,各项性能满足设计和工艺要求。

Abstract: Based on the flat wire motor stator as the main body, combined with the material of flat copper enameled conductor and uninsulated copper terminal, as well as the resistance welding process method and characteristics, the microstructure, mechanical properties, electrical properties and other characteristics of the flat
copper enameled wire non-stripping paint resistance welding joints under different cross-sectional shapes were explored. The appearance, macroscopic morphology, tensile performance, DC resistance and power-on temperature rise detection, and three-phase resistance verification of the stator winding of the welding joint were carried out. After comprehensive consideration, it was concluded that the performance of the non-stripping paint resistance welding joint
of the flat copper enameled wire with a circular shape with concave points meets the design and process requirements.
