摘要: 外转子永磁电机定子齿靴的存在,降低了绕线效率和槽满率,以 12 槽 14 极分数槽集中绕组外转子永磁电动机为例,建立了基于 Maxwell 2D 的瞬态磁场仿真模型,研究了磁极参数和定子齿靴宽度对磁场分布、绕组电势、齿槽转矩的影响,并以最大电动势和最小齿槽转矩为目标,设计了一台无齿靴外转子永磁电动机,样机验证了设计方案的正确性。

Abstract: The existence of stator boot of external rotor permanent magnet motor reduces the winding efficiency and slot filling rate. Taking external rotor permanent magnet motor with 12-slot and 14-pole fractional slot centralized winding as an example, a transient magnetic field simulation model based on Maxwell 2D was established to study the effects of magnetic pole parameters and stator boot width on magnetic field distribution, winding potential and slot torque. Aiming at maximum electromotive force and minimum cogging torque, a permanent magnet motor with external rotor without toothed boots was designed. The prototype is proved to be correct.
