摘要: 针对目前煤矿带式输送机在运行过程中经常出现的重载起动、过载运行,以及输送机传动系统中所使用的液力耦合器、普通联轴器等传统传动联接装置在运行过程中存在的高温、漏液污染环境、难以维护等情况,设计一种矿用限矩型永磁磁力耦合器,通过导体盘与磁体盘之间的无接触相对运动,实现驱动电机端与工作负载端之间的动力传递。 该永磁耦合器具有对中性要求不高、环保节能、高效传递、易于维护等突出优势,且能够实现驱动电机软起动,具有过载保护功能。 通过采用永磁限矩器代替液力耦合器,可以优化带式输送机驱动系统,不仅提升了煤矿运输设备的可靠性与稳定性,还有效实现节能降耗,符合煤矿智能化、自动化生产装备的性能要求。

Abstract: In response to the frequent occurrence of overload starting and operation during the operation of coal mine belt conveyors, as well as the high temperature, leakage, environmental pollution, and difficulty in maintenance of traditional transmission connection devices such as hydraulic couplers and ordinary couplings used in conveyor transmission systems during operation, a mining torque limited permanent magnet magnetic coupler was designed, which achieved power
transmission between the driving motor end and the working load end through non-contact relative motion between the conductor disk and the magnet disk. It had outstanding advantages such as low neutral requirements, environmental protection and energy conservation, efficient transmission, and easy maintenance. It could also achieve soft start of the driving motor and had overload protection function. By applying permanent magnet torque limited coupler instead of hydraulic couplers and improving the drive system of belt conveyors, the reliability and stability of coal mine transportation equipment can be guaranteed, energy conservation and consumption reduction can be achieved, which meets the performance requirements of intelligent and automated production equipment in coal mines.
