高低温下不同材料引起步进电动机轴承卡滞问题研究

摘要: 基于有限元分析平台 ANSYS Workbench,在高温 95 ℃ 和低温- 60 ℃ 下,分别对采用不同材料的步进电动机进行了仿真分析。 仿真结果发现了高低温下由材料不同引起步进电动机出现轴承卡滞问题的主要原因,提出了改进措施,并通过实验验证了该措施的可行性,为类似步进电动机的结构优化提供了参考。

Abstract: Based on the finite element analysis platform ANSYS Workbench, the stepper motor with different materials was respectively simulated at 95 ℃ and - 60 ℃ . According to the simulation results, the main reason for the bearing sticking of stepper motor caused by different materials at high and low temperature had been found, and the improvement measures were proposed and verified by the experiment. The research provides a favorable reference for the structure optimization of similar stepper motors.
