基于新型滑模观测器的 PMSM 无传感器控制

Sensorless Control of PMSM Based on a Novel Sliding Mode Observer

摘要: 为解决传统滑模观测器因滑模增益固定而导致的抖振和估算误差较大等问题,提出了一种滑模增益可以自适应调节的新型滑模观测器。 在传统滑模观测器的基础上,结合了幂次趋近率和指数趋近率的特点,设计了一种新趋近律,将滑模增益和模糊控制相结合,根据实际运行情况动态调整滑模增益。 采用饱和函数代替传统的符号函数来实现滑模的连续控制。 在电流环控制中设计一种二阶滑模控制器来代替传统的 PI 控制器。 对改进滑模观测器分别进行稳态和抗干扰仿真,并与传统滑模观测器进行对比。 仿真结果表明,改进的滑模观测器在稳态性能和抗干扰性能上都优于传统的滑模观测器。

Abstract: To address the issues of chattering and estimation errors caused by fixed sliding mode gain in traditional sliding mode observers, a new type of sliding mode observer with adaptive adjustment of sliding mode gain was proposed. Based on the traditional sliding mode observer, a new reaching law was designed by combining the characteristics of power and exponential reaching rates. The sliding mode gain was combined with fuzzy control to dynamically adjust the sliding mode gain according to actual operating conditions. Using saturation functions instead of traditional symbolic functions to achieve continuous sliding mode control. A second-order sliding mode controller was designed in the current loop control to
replace the traditional PI controller. Steady-state and anti-interference simulations were conducted to compare the secondorder sliding mode  observer with traditional sliding mode observer. The simulation results showed that the improved sliding mode observer outperforms traditional sliding mode observers in both steady-state performance and anti-interference performance.
