Harmonic Filtering Method for Surge Current in Offshore Wind Power Grid Connection Based on Vector Proportional Integral Controller

摘要: 为了最大程度滤除海上风电并网冲击电流谐波,维护海上风电系统的平稳运行,提出基于矢量比例积分控制器的海上风电并网冲击电流谐波滤除方法。 设计降阶矢量比例积分控制器,计算海上风电并网中的冲击谐波电流参考值,构建闭环控制结构。 通过闭环控制传递函数计算系统对电流谐波的响应值;利用降阶矢量比例积分控制器,根据传递函数响应值,实现谐波滤除。 测试结果表明,设计的闭环反馈控制结构传递相位响应达到± 100° ,频率最大幅值为-20 ~ 80 dB( A) ,相较于传统开环控制调节能力更强。 滤除谐波后,电流保持在- 0. 25 ~ 0. 25 A 之间,电流更均匀,功率波动低于 1 MW,有助于海上风力系统的平稳运行。

Abstract: In order to filter out the harmonics of the impact current of offshore wind power grid connection to the maximum extent and maintain the smooth operation of the offshore wind power system, a method for filtering out the harmonics of the impact current of offshore wind power grid connection based on vector proportional integral controller was proposed. A reduced order vector proportional integral controller ( ROVPI ) was designed, the reference value of impulse
harmonic current in offshore wind power grid connection was calculated, and a closed-loop control structure was constructed. The response value of the system to current harmonics was calculated through closed-loop control transfer function. Using a reduced order vector proportional integral controller, harmonic filtering was achieved based on the response value of the transfer function. The test results showed that the closed-loop feedback control structure designed achieved a phase response of ± 100° and a maximum frequency amplitude of - 20 ~ 80 dB ( A ) , which has stronger adjustment ability compared to traditional open-loop control. After filtering out harmonics, the current remains at -0. 25 ~ 0. 25 A, making the current more uniform and the power fluctuation less than 1 MW, which helps to ensure the smooth operation of offshore wind systems.
