车用双电机控制器的热仿真分析

摘要: 车用电机控制器的工作环境恶劣,结构空间紧凑,工作状况复杂,需要较强的散热能力以保证可靠性。采用一种水冷散热模块以解决双电机控制器的散热问题,利用 Icepak 软件对其进行热仿真分析,求解计算得出了温度场分布和流场分布状况。 对比了圆形散热柱和方形散热柱两种不同散热结构对散热效果的影响,仿真结果表明,两种结构均能满足散热要求,其中方形散热柱的扰流作用更强,散热效果更好。

Abstract: The working environment of the vehicle motor controller is harsh, the structure space is compact, and the working condition is complex, It needs a strong heat dissipation ability to ensure reliability. A water-cooled heat dissipation module was adopted to solve the heat dissipation problem of the dual motor controller. The thermal simulation analysis was carried out using Icepak software, and the temperature field distribution and flow field distribution were calculated. The influence of two different heat dissipation structures, round and square, on the heat dissipation effect was compared. Thesimulation results show that the two structures can meet the heat dissipation requirements, and the square heat dissipation column has stronger turbulence effect and better heat dissipation effect.
