摘要: 针对内置式高速永磁电机在高速下的强度问题,采用有限元方法,对内置式永磁电机转子冲片强度进行了弹性和弹塑性分析。 重点考虑了转子冲片在弹性范围内的转速,以及在进入塑性变形阶段后,发生断裂的转速。 根据分析结果,可以判断转子冲片在弹性变形阶段的转速范围,发生塑性断裂的极限转速,以及出现定转子扫膛现象时的转速。 该分析结果对评估转子工作的安全性具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: In order to solve the strength problem of high speed interior permanent motor, the elastic and elastic-plastic analysis of the rotor lamination strength of the interior permanent magnet motor was carried out by using the FEA method. The rotational speed of the rotor lamination in the elastic range and the rotational speed of fracture after entering the plastic deformation stage were mainly considered. According to the analysis results, the range of working speed of the motor rotor in elastic period, the speed at which the rotor breaks, and the collision speed of the stator and rotor had been determined. The analysis results have certain guiding significance for evaluating the safety of rotor operation.
