摘要: 应用“不变损耗”和 “可变损耗”的概念计算异步电机损耗,考虑电机负载率的不同定义,综合提炼5种算法,且选取实例对运行点及整个特性进行分析与比较。结果表明,以较容易测量的空载功率代替传统的不变损耗(铁心损耗+风摩耗)的计算方法,既实用又有较好的准确度。

Abstract: AC motor is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, and its energy efficiency has attracted much attention. Due to limited test conditions, users need a practical algorithm that depends less on test data. In this paper, The concepts of "constant loss" and "variable loss" were applied to calculate the loss of inductionmotor. Different definitions of the load rate of the motor were taken into account. Five algorithms were comprehensively extracted, and examples were selected to analyze and compare the operating points and the whole characteristics. The results show that the calculation method is practical and accurate that in which the traditional of constant loss (core loss + wind friction) is replaced by the easily measured no-load power.
