无刷直流冷却风扇保护功能参数标定

摘要: 冷却风扇保护功能主要分为电压保护、电流保护、温度保护3大类,可靠的保护功能需要采集的参数值准确可靠。根据技术要求,通过硬件电路和软件特定的控制算法设计,电流运算引入PWM占空比参与运算,提供保护功能参数值精度范围:电压±0.2 V,电流±1.5 A,温度±3.5 ℃。上述参数精度满足冷却风扇应用设计需求,同时参数精度为工程师制定保护策略提供参考。

Abstract: Cooling fan protection function is mainly divided into voltage protection, current protection, temperature protection three categories, accurate and reliable protection function requires each parameter accurate and reliable. According to the technical requirements, through the design of the hardware circuit and the special control algorithm of the software, the PWM duty cycle parameter used for the current operation,the accuracy range of each protection function was achieved to voltage ±0.2 V, current ±1.5 A, temperature ±3.5 ℃. The preceding parameters meet the application design requirements of cooling fans and provide reference for engineers to formulate protection policies.
