摘要: 针对H型动压轴承刚度测试的需求,采用高精度电容传感器建立轴承刚度测试系统,对影响动压轴承刚度测试的装卡工装进行了结构分析和温度场分析,并进行了改进提升。采用自重法刚度测试,测试结果显示,该测试方法能够满足H型动压轴承精密测量的要求。

Abstract: Aiming at the requirement of H-type hydrodynamic gas-lubricated bearing stiffness measurement, a bearing stiffness measurement system was established with high-precision capacitance sensor. A structural and temperature field analysis were given on the stiffness measurement equipment, and the stiffness measurement was improved. The self-weight method was used to measure the stiffness, and the results show that the improved measurement can meet the requirements of precision measurement of H-type hydrodynamic gas-lubricated bearing.
