Influence of Topological Structure of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor on Heat Dissipation Performance

摘要: 为了探究永磁同步电机拓扑结构变化对电机散热性能的影响,以30 kW电动叉车用水冷型内置式永磁同步电机为例,建立改进的等效热网络模型,并利用电机的有限元温度场模型计算验证其准确性。采用热网络模型,计算不同定转子结构下电机的温度场,分析定子齿宽、定子槽深、永磁体夹角等拓扑结构改变对电机散热性能的影响规律,为永磁同步电机的运行性能优化提供参考。

Abstract: In order to explore the influence of the topology change of permanent magnet synchronous motor on the heat dissipation performance of the motor, a 30 kW water-cooled built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor was taken as an example to establish an improved equivalent thermal network model, and its accuracy was verified by calculating the finite element temperature field model of the motor. Using the established thermal network model, the temperature field of the motor under different stator and rotor structures was calculated, and the influence of topology changes such as stator tooth width, stator slot depth and permanent magnet angle on the heat dissipation performance of the motor was analyzed, which provided a reference for the optimization of the operating performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor.
