摘要: 设计机泵一体外转子潜油永磁同步电机,将螺杆泵整体嵌入电机内部,缩短系统长度,提高井下通过性。 确定机泵一体采油系统方案,开展电机电磁及结构参数设计。 针对电机,开展参数优化设计研究。 基于传统田口法,提出田口迭代法,通过与遗传算法全局寻优结果对比,验证田口迭代法快速、准确的优化方法的合理性。 对优化后的电机,开展有限元分析,计算其磁密、空载反电动势、转矩等性能,并进行了验证。

Abstract: A submersible permanent magnet synchronous motor ( SPMSM) with external rotor and progressive cavity pump( PCP) integrated was designed. The PCP was embedded into the motor as a whole to shorten the length of the system and improved the downhole passing ability. The scheme of integrated oil production system of external rotor SPMSM and PCP was determined, and the calculation of SPMSM electromagnetic and structural parameters was carried out. Based on the traditional Taguchi method, Taguchi iterative method was proposed for parameter optimization of the new designed motor. By comparing with the global optimization results of genetic algorithm, the rationality of the Taguchi iterative method as a fast and accurate design optimization method for permanent magnet synchronous motor ( PMSM) was verified. Finite element analysis for the motor after optimization was conducted to calculate its magnetic density, no-load back EMF, torque, etc. , and verify the performance of the external rotor SPMSM.
