摘要: 基于模态分析理论,以某磁悬浮轴承高速永磁电机三段式转子为研究对象,通过修正零件材料弹性模量参数建立转子模型,采用有限元分析软件对转子模型进行模态仿真分析,并通过模态实验对仿真结果进行验证。结果表明,通过该修正模型得到的前 2 阶固有频率与实验结果误差小于 5%,验证了该方法的可靠性。 该研究为同类型转子高速永磁电机转子动力学分析提供参考。

Abstract: Based on the modal analysis theory, a three-stage rotor of a magnetic bearing high-speed permanent magnet motor was taken as the research object. And the rotor model was established by modifying the elastic modulus parameters of the component material. The mode analysis of the rotor model was carried out by using the finite element analysis software, and the simulation results were verified by modal experiments. The results show that the error between the first two-order natural frequencies obtained by this modified model and the experimental results is less than 5%, which verifies the reliability of this method . And the research results provide a reference for the rotor dynamics analysis of high-speed
permanent magnet motors with the same type of rotor.
