双定子同极内嵌永磁游标电机转子永磁体极弧系数优化

Permanent Magnet Arc Ratio Optimization for a Dual-Stator Vernier Machine with Consequent-Pole Rotor

摘要: 进一步对双定子同极内嵌永磁游标电机( DS-CP-PMVM) 进行讨论,旨在优化同极内嵌永磁转子结构,以保证转子永磁体用量减少的情况下,不降低电机的转矩能力。 分析了 DS-CP-PMVM 的磁力线分布,提出当转子内外侧永磁体中心轴线夹角与内外定子 A 相轴线夹角相同时,转矩能力最优;讨论了永磁体极弧系数对转矩的影响,当转子内外侧永磁体极弧系数分别为 0. 62 和 0. 66 时,输出转矩最大,与相同永磁体厚度的表贴式结构相比,在定子电流为 6 A 时,转矩提高了 6. 4%。

Abstract: A dual-stator permanent magnet vernier machine with a consequent-pole rotor ( DS-CP-PMVM) was further discussed. The consequent-pole rotor structure was optimized, so as to ensure that the torque capacity of the DS-CP-PMVM could not be reduced when the amount of permanent magnets used in the rotor was reduced. Flux paths distribution of DS-CPPMVM was analyzed. The torque capability was optimal when the relative position between the d-axis of dual-sided PMs was the same as relative angle between the phase-A axes of both stators. The influence of PM arc ratio on output torque was discussed. The DS-CP-PMVM could maintain a good torque capability at the optimal PM arc ratio Kpm-i= 0. 62 and Kpm-o=0. 66. The output torque of DS-CP-PMVM with optimal PM arc ratios is 6. 4% higher than that of dual-stator surface mount PM machine ( DS-SM-PMVM) with the same PM thickness.
