摘要: 炼钢转炉除尘风机系统是炼钢生产过程中除尘系统的主要设备。为了保证该设备的正常运行,避免因供电异常带来的安全事故与经济损失,研究了一种转炉风机供配电系统双电源切换装置。对转换时机的选择和触发控制策略等进行了理论分析,并对主电路拓扑及控制策略进行了仿真,尤其对主电源与备用电源间的相位角差与动态切换进行了深入研究,证明了该方法的正确性和可行性。

Abstract: The steelmaking converter dust removal fan system is the main equipment of the dust removal system in the steelmaking production process. In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and avoid safety accidents and economic losses caused by abnormal power supply,a dual power supply switching device for the power supply and distribution system of converter fans was studied. In-depth theoretical analysis of selection and trigger control strategies,and the main circuit topology and control strategy was simulated, especially the in-depth study of the phase angle difference and dynamic switching between the main power supply and the backup power supply. The correctness and feasibility of the method were proved.
