摘要: 船载卫通站双电机消隙系统存在结构复杂、消隙运转振动故障影响因子多的情况。在分析卫通天线双电机消隙系统信号走向、控制系统结构的基础上,列出故障树明确各影响因子间关系。提出基于电流分析的双电机消隙系统传动链故障检测方法,辅助双电机消隙系统传动链进行健康诊断、故障预警。某故障案例验证了该方法的有效性,可为伺服系统其他类似故障排查、健康诊断提供参考。

Abstract: The system of the shipborne satellite communication of dual motor drive eliminate gear gap has complicated structure and many vibration factors when it runs in the case of dual motor drive to eliminate gear gap. On the basis of analyzing signal direction and control system structrue of satellite communication antenna dual motor gear gap elimination system, fault tree was listed to clarify the relationship between the factors. The transmission chain fault detection method was raised based on the amperometry of the dual motor drive elimination gear gap system to perform health diagnosis and fault warming. The effectiveness of this method was verified by a fault case, which can provide reference for other similar faults elimination and health diagnosis of servo system.
