摘要: 提出一种新的电机驱动与电池包加热一体化拓扑结构,该结构复用电动汽车驱动系统的电气元件进行电电能量变换,以电机磁能作为中间能量,将三相绕组电感作为等效Boost/Buck电路的储能电感,引入储能电容与电机中性线相连形成零序通路,作为外部储能设备与电池进行能量交换,通过交变充放电电流利用电池阻抗在电池内部产生电化学热。考虑到理想的交流加热电流为正弦量,采用基于内模原理的PR控制,理论上可以实现对正弦输入的无静差跟随。仿真结果表明,该控制系统能有效跟踪输入电流,在驻车状态下对电池进行大功率充放电以实现高效自加热。

Abstract: An integrated topology for battery heating based on motor drive reconfiguration was proposed. The integrated topology reused the electrical components of the drive system of EVs for electric/electric energy conversion, eliminating additional hardware. The magnetic energy of the motor was used as the intermediate energy, and the three-phase windings inductance was used as the energy storage inductance of the equivalent Buck/Boost circuit. A capacitor was introduced to connect with the neutral line of the motor to form a zero-sequence path, which was used as an external energy storage element for energy exchange with the battery. Electrochemical heat was generated inside the battery by using the battery impedance through the alternating charge/discharge current. Considering that the ideal AC heating current was sinusoidal, using PR control based on internal model principle could theoretically realize the non-static error following of the sinusoidal input. The simulation results show that the control system can effectively track the input and charge/discharge the battery with high power to achieve self-heating.
