环形磁钢空心杯电机空载漏磁系数的计算

Calculation of No-Load Leakage Coefficient of Coreless Motor with Ring Magnet

摘要: 针对环形磁钢空心杯电机的特殊磁路进行了分析,并给出了磁路模型。根据模型列出了空载漏磁系数的解析表达式,并针对两款不同机座号的电机进行了计算,计算结果与磁力线法、磁矢位法两种有限元方法的计算结果相吻合,验证了该解析表达式的正确性,为环形磁钢空心杯电机的磁路计算提供了依据。

Abstract: The special magnetic circuit of coreless motor with ring magnet was analyzed, and the magnetic circuit model was given. The analytical expression of no-load leakage coefficient was listed according to the model, and was calculated for two types of motors with different outer diameters. The calculated results were consistent with those of magnetic field line method and vector magnetic potential method, which verified the accuracy of the analytical expression. The establishment of the analytical expression of no-load leakage coefficient of coreless motor with ring magnet provided basis for magnetic circuit calculation of coreless motor with ring magnet.
