摘要: 介绍了一种双裕度旋转变压器的工作原理,以及其特殊的使用要求:存在轴向窜动及内部两套无刷旋变需要同时工作。通过磁路法及有限元仿真分析完成了双裕度旋转变压器的优化设计,并生产样机完成验证,对类似产品的设计及优化提供参考。

Abstract: The working principle of a double redundancy resolver was discussed that used with axial displacement, and two brushless resolvers in the double redundancy resolver worked together. Using magnetic path analysis and finite element simulation analysis, theoptimal design scheme of the double redundancy resolver was achieved, and the model motor was tested. The design method could provide the reference for the designing of the similar resolver.
