不同结构双余度永磁电机特性的仿真对比

摘要: 提出一种低电磁耦合的高可靠性对称结构型双余度永磁电机的绕组设计,对比分析了该电机和典型双余度永磁电机的结构特点和性能特性,并重点研究了转子偏心对不同结构双余度永磁电机产生的影响。有限元分析结果验证了对称结构型双余度永磁电机性能的优越性。本文对双余度永磁电机综合性能的进一步提高具有重要参考价值。

Abstract: The winding design of a high reliability dual-redundancy permenant magnet(PM) motor with symmetrical structure and low electromagnetic couplingwas studied. The structural characteristics and performance characteristics of the motor and the dual-redundancy PM motor with typical structurewere compared, and the influence of rotor eccentricity on the dual-redundancy PM motor of different structures was emphatically studied.Compared with the typical structure of the dual-redundancy PM motor,the superiority of symmetrical structure of dual-redundancy PM motor was verified by finite element analysis. The result has reference meaning to further improve the comprehensive performance of dual-redundancy PM motor.
