微电机永磁转子转动惯量测试研究

摘要: 概述了单线扭摆法、三线扭摆法和落体法等常用的转动惯量测试原理,并针对微电机永磁转子在上述测试方法下测试不准确的原因进行了分析,提出了去磁法和屏蔽地磁场两种改进测试方法,并对去磁法进行了实验验证,对屏蔽地磁场方法进行了可行性分析。

Abstract: The measurement theories for rotational inertia were summarized,including single pendulum method,mass line method and falling method.The reasons for the inaccuracy of the permanent magnet rotor of micromotor underaloover-mentioned measurements were analyzed. Demagnetization method and shielding geomagnetic method were proposed. The demagnetization method was verified by experiment, and the shielding geomagnetic method was analyzed.
