一种混合励磁无轴承电机数学建模及特性分析

Mathematical Modeling and Characteristic Analysis of Hybrid Excitation Bearingless Motor

摘要: 提出将混合励磁技术引入无轴承电机并针对一种混合励磁型无轴承磁通切换电机(BFSHEM),阐述其悬浮力生成原理,基于有限元分析,建立混合励磁下的悬浮力及电磁转矩数学模型。对BFSHEM的悬浮力/电磁转矩特性进行仿真研究并验证所推导的数学模型。在一台BFSHEM样机上进行反电动势测量实验。结果表明,该数学模型能够较好地反映BFSHEM的悬浮力/转矩特性,混合励磁技术的引进可以增加悬浮力与电磁转矩的控制维度,且电机的输出转矩能够通过通入增磁电流得到较大的提升,证明BFSHEM具有实际应用价值。

Abstract: The bearingless motor was introduced by the hybrid excitation technology, and for a bearingless flux-switching hybrid excitation motor (BFSHEM), the principle of its levitation force generation was described. The mathematical model of the suspension force and electromagnetic torque under the hybrid excitation was established paced the finite element analysis. The levitation force/electromagnetic torque characteristics of BFSHEM were simulated and the mathematical model deduced was verified. the back EMF measurement experiment was carried out on a BFSHEM prototype. The results show that the mathematical model can well reflect the levitation force/torque characteristics of BFSHEM, the introduction of hybrid excitation technology can increase the control dimension of levitation force and electromagnetic torque, and the output torque of the motor can be controlled by adding magnetizing current. It has been greatly improved, which proves that BFSHEM has practical application value.
