基于边频的发电机啸叫分析与控制

Analysis and Control of Whine Caused By Electric Generator Side Frequency

摘要: 从发电机激励力边频的产生机理出发,阐明了发电机激励力边频与啸叫之间的关系。通过理论分析与实验验证相结合,对引起发电机啸叫的原因进行了定位,发现其36阶激励力的中心频率的边频与发电机支架模态发生共振是造成啸叫的主要原因。通过改变发电机皮带轮的直径,改变激励力的中心频率以及边频以避开车身模态。提出了一种通过优化边频带,使其避开发电机支架模态,以实现优化与控制发电机的啸叫现象的方法。经实验验证,该方法在保证发电机供电需求的前提下,使得目标车型发电机在1 220 kHz处的声压下降12 dB(A),总体声压级下降1.5 dB(A),大幅改善了车辆的声品质。

Abstract: The relationship between electric generator excitation force side frequency and whine was expounded from the mechanism of electric generator excitation force side frequency. By means of theoretical analysis and experimental verification, the cause of electric generator whine was located, and it was found that the resonance between the central frequency of the 36th order excitation force and the mode of electric generator bracket was the main reason of electric generator whine. By changing the diameter of the belt pulley of the electric generator, the center frequency and side frequency of the excitation force were changed to avoid the body mode. A method was presented to optimize and control the electric generator whine by optimizing the side frequency band so as to avoid the electric generator bracket mode. Experimental verification shows that the method can reduce the sound pressure of the electric generator at 1 220 kHz by 12 dB(A) and the overall sound pressure level by 1.5 dB(A) on the premise of ensuring the power supply demand of the electric generator, greatly improving the sound quality of the vehicle.
