摘要: 为了准确评估驱动电机的设计方案、材料选型或制作工艺的优劣势,对驱动电机的输出性能进行精确测试尤为重要。基于首钢新能源汽车驱动电机实验室的测试条件和实践,从人、机、料、法、环、测6个方面,对可能影响新能源汽车驱动电机性能测试精度的因素进行梳理和分析,并给出提升新能源汽车驱动电机性能测试精度的建议。

Abstract: In order to accurately evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the design scheme, material selection or manufacturing process of the drive motor, it is particularly important to accurately test the output performance of the drive motor. Based on the test conditions and practice of Shougang Electrical Vehicle Drive Motor Laboratory, the factors that affect the performance test accuracy of electrical vehicle drive motor from six aspects of human, machine, material, method, environment and measure were combed and analyzed,and suggestions were given to improve the performance test accuracy of electrical vehicle drive motor.
