摘要: 介绍了航天用步进电动机在产品设计时的关键特性识别和控制。通过使用失效模式与效应分析来识别产品关键特性和重要特性,确定关键件和重要件,通过对其采购、工艺、生产、检验、试验等全过程进行质量控制,来降低产品失效的风险,提高产品的可靠性。

Abstract: The identification and control of key characteristics of stepper motor for aerospace during design process were introduced. By using failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) to identify the key and important characteristics of products, determine the key and important parts. Through the quality control of the whole process (purchase process, inspection and testing), the risk of product failure can be reduced, so as to improve the reliability of products.
