摘要: 研究了一种新能源车主驱电机转子位置实时自校正技术,设计了简化的卡尔曼滤波器,在电机扭矩控制时进行转子位置实时估算,作为旋变位置信息的冗余设计,在全速段对旋变位置信号进行诊断校正,在旋变信号故障时,可从有传感器控制平滑切换到无传感控制,保证行车安全性。进行了仿真及实验验证,结果表明该算法可以准确观测转子转速和转子位置,并且抗负载干扰能力强、鲁棒性好。

Abstract: A real-time self-tuning technology for the rotor position of new energy drive motors was studied, and a simplified Kalman filter was designed to estimate the rotor position in real time when the motor was under torque control. As a redundant design for the rotary position information, the rotary position signal was diagnosed and corrected at full speed. When the rotary signal failed, it can be smoothly switched from sensor control to sensorless control to ensure driving safety. Simulation and experiment was carried out, the results showed that the algorithm can accurately observe the rotor speed and rotor position, and has strong anti-load interference ability and good robustness.
