基于特种车辆永磁同步多用途电机驱动系统设计

摘要: 特种电驱车辆分布式电驱系统中各电机具有独立的控制自由度,部分系统采用相同功率级别的电机驱动,且两个系统的工作流程不存在重叠工况。车辆采用各自独立的电机控制器来控制。针对特种车辆应用需求,介绍一种多用途电机驱动系统,考虑双电机复用一套多用途电机控制器,分时复用,控制不同的电机,从而减少整车电机控制器数量,提高系统集成度,应用效果理想。

Abstract: In the distributed electric drive system of special electric vehicle, each motor has independent control degree of freedom. Some systems without overlapped working conditions are driven by motors of the same power level. The special electric driving vehicle is controlled by independent motor controller. The multi-purpose motor drive system was designed for special vehicle applications.Two motors were controled by a set of multi-purpose motor controller in time-multiplexing mode. In this way, the vehicle motor controller number was reduced, system integration was improved, and the result was ideal in system application.
