考虑零序电流抑制的开绕组直线电机矢量控制

摘要: 开绕组永磁同步直线电机(PMSLM)具有容错性高、拓扑灵活等特点,在高功率、大容量场合具有广阔的应用前景。开绕组电机系统两端逆变器采用一个直流电源供电时,采用传统的空间矢量调制策略(SVPWM),存在的共模电压会在回路中产生零序电流,增加电机损耗和转矩脉动。为了有效地抑制开绕组PMSLM的零序电流,采用无共模电压SVPWM调制策略,可使电机相电流波形畸变得到明显改善,THD从24.29%降为3.93%,同时矢量控制系统的速度响应满足要求。仿真验证了控制方法的有效性。

Abstract: The open-winding permanent magnet synchronous linear motor (PMSLM) is characterized by high fault tolerance and flexible topology. It has broad application prospects in high-power and large-capacity occasions. When the inverter at both ends of the open winding motor system is powered by a DC power supply, the common mode voltage generated by the traditional space vector modulation strategy(SVPWM) will produce zero sequence current in the loop, which will increase the loss and torque ripple of the motor. Based on the SVPWM modulation strategy without common mode voltage, the zero sequence current of open winding PMSLM was effectively suppressed. The phase current waveform distortion of the motor was significantly improved, THD was reduced from 24.29% to 3.93%. The speed response of the vector control system can meet the requirement. Simulations verified the effectiveness of the control strategy.
