摘要: 传统的永磁同步电机SVPWM同步调制算法在全速度范围内运行时,高速区谐波含量高、无法直接切换到方波工作状态、逆变器开关损耗大。引入基于锁相环改进SVPWM同步调制算法,使牵引逆变器平滑过渡到方波工作状态,并且简化了调制算法,提高了算法执行效率、提高了电压利用率、降低了输出谐波含量和逆变器开关损耗。建立了仿真模型,进行了算法验证和谐波含量分析,利用电机负载实验验证了算法的可行性和合理性。

Abstract: When the traditional SVPWM synchronous modulation algorithm of permanent magnet synchronous motor runs in full speed range,it has the problems of high harmonic content in high-speed zone,unable to directly switch to square wave,and large switching loss of inverter. An improved SVPWM synchronous modulation control technology which based on phase-locked loop was introduced to make the traction inverter smoothly transit to square wave working condition. The modulation algorithm was simplified, the efficiency of algorithm execution and voltage utilization were improved, the output harmonic content and the switching loss of the inverter were reduced. The simulation model was established, and the algorithm verification was performed and the harmonic content was analyzed. The rationality and feasibility of the introduced method were verified by the ground test.
