摘要: 通过以某款永磁失电制动器为研究对象,给出了该款制动器的设计方法,结合ANSYS-Workbench对片式弹簧进行力学仿真,验证片式弹簧理论计算准确性。利用ANSYS-Maxwell 电磁仿真软件对环形磁钢进行了仿真设计,通过运用求解电路的方法对永磁失电制动器的磁路进行计算,并结合ANSYS-Maxwell电磁仿真软件,验证了磁路计算的准确性。将仿真分析结果和原理样机的性能试验结果进行了对比,验证了该设计方法的可行性。

Abstract: Taking a permanent magnet loss brake as the research object, the design method of the permanent magnet brake was given. Combined with ANSYS-Workbench, the mechanical simulation of the plate spring was carried out to verify the theoretical calculation accuracy of the plate spring.Using ANSYS-Maxwell electromagnetic simulation software, the simulation design of the ring magnetic steel was carried out. The magnetic circuit of the permanent magnet loss brake was calculated by solving the circuit, and the accuracy of the magnetic circuit calculation was verified by combining with the ANSYS-Maxwell electromagnetic simulation software. The simulation results were compared with the performance test results of the prototype, and the feasibility of the design method was verified.
