大功率直驱风力发电机轴承应力场有限元计算

摘要: 对于大功率直驱风力发电机轴承而言,采用全实体单元构建的有限元模型中包含大量非线性的滚子/滚道接触,网格数量庞大,计算难以收敛。为了简化计算模型,一种可行的途径是利用非线性弹簧模拟滚子/滚道接触。根据有限长线接触模型,通过数值计算方法求解得到了滚子/滚道接触刚度曲线,基于该刚度曲线,采用非线性单向压缩弹簧模拟滚子/滚道接触,构建了直驱风力发电机轴系整体计算模型,得到了轴系在极限载荷作用下轴承的载荷分布和接触应力。通过对直驱风力发电机轴承摩擦力矩的现场测试,结果表明,基于该方法建立的仿真计算模型有效,且对于求解一般的复杂轴系问题具有推广价值。

Abstract: For the bearing of high-power direct-driven wind power generator, the finite element model based on full entity element contains a large number of nonlinear roller/raceway contact, which makes the calculation difficult to converge. In order to simplify the calculation model, a feasible way is to use nonlinear spring element to simulate roller/raceway contact. According to the finite length line contact model, the roller/raceway contact stiffness curve was obtained by numerical calculation method. Based on the stiffness curve, the nonlinear unidirectional compression spring element was used to simulate the roller/raceway contact, and the overall calculation model of the direct-driven wind power generator shaft system was constructed.The load distribution and contact stress of the bearing under the ultimate load were obtained. The results show that the simulation model based on this method is effective. Application of the proposed model to other complex bearing analysis can be expected.
