摘要: 介绍了电机目标设计的思路,通过在设计之初考虑电机四大要素(N,Φ,Z,p),来控制电机的机械特性和运行质量特性,在此基础上进行电机结构和其他参数的设计。用目标设计法设计了一款无框永磁同步电机,其性能达到了科尔摩根TBM7615指标,该算例证明了该设计方法的合理性。

Abstract: The idea of motor target design was introduced. By considering the four elements of motor (N, Φ, Z, P), the mechanical characteristics and operation quality characteristics of the motor were controlled, the motor structure and other parameters were designed on this basis. A frameless permanent magnet synchronous motor was designed by using the target design method, and its performance reaches the Kollmorgen TBM7615 index. The example proves the rationality of the design method.
