摘要: 铝基碳化硅复合材料加工难度大于传统的金属材料,从刀具、加工参数和工艺路线对铝基碳化硅机壳零件加工工艺进行分析,制定合理的加工工艺,保证零件合格率和生产效率。

Abstract: Aluminum matrix silicon carbide composite’s process is much more difficult than that of the traditional metal materials.Based on the cutting tool, the processing parameters and processing routes,the processing technology of aluminum matrix silicon carbide shell parts was analyzed and reasonable processing technology was formulatedto ensure the qualified rate and production efficiency of the parts.
