摘要: 摆脱环形标准试样的限制,直接测试成品零件中软磁材料的磁性能,在生产制造过程中能起到重要作用。研究发现,具有明确环形磁路并能计算磁路长度的软磁材料,即使形状较为复杂,后续工艺较多,也能直接测试其磁性能。

Abstract: The magnetic properties of soft magnetic materials in finished parts can be measured directly without the restriction of ring standard sample, which can play an important role in manufacturing process. It is found that the magnetic properties of soft magnetic materials with clear ring magnetic circuit can be directly measured, even if the shape is more complex and there are many subsequent processes.
