Improved Ortega Observer for Sensorless Control of Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

摘要: 基于等效磁链改进了Ortega观测器,并将其应用于内置式永磁同步电动机中。基于内置式永磁同步电机在α,β轴的电压磁链方程的等效磁链形式,引入Ortega观测器用以估计转子位置。该观测器保留了Ortega观测器鲁棒性强、易于调整的特点,该形式简单,计算方便。通过仿真和实验实现了基于改进观测器的无传感器控制算法。仿真和实验结果表明,观测器可以较好地跟踪实际的转子位置,验证了该观测器的可行性。

Abstract: The Ortega observer based on the equivalent flux linkage is improved and integrated into theinterior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM). Based on the equivalent flux linkage form of the voltage flux linkage equation of the IPMSM in theα-β coordinate system, the improved Ortega observer is introduced to estimate the rotor position.The observer retains the robustness and easy adjustment characteristics of the Ortega observer, while the form is simple and convenient for calculation.The sensorless control algorithm based on the improved observer is realized through simulation and experiment. Simulation and experimental results show that the observer can track the actual rotor position very well, verifying the feasibility of the observer.
