Research on SVM-DTC of PMSM Without Flux Linkage Loop Based on Flux Linkage Prediction

摘要: 针对传统无磁链环空间矢量调制直接转矩控制(SVM-DTC)定子磁链直轴分量不可控的问题,提出一种磁链预测的新型无磁链环SVM-DTC。该方法考虑了只施加交轴电压矢量带来的磁链幅值增加的问题,以及转子磁链位置变化带来的增磁效果。通过预测满足转矩控制要求并且定子电流直轴分量为零的目标定子磁链,精确计算出最优参考电压矢量。仿真结果表明,该方法可以同时控制定子磁链交直轴分量,定子磁链幅值随负载进行自适应变化。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the direct axis component of stator flux is uncontrollable in traditional space vector modulation direct torque control (SVM-DTC) without flux linkage loop, a novel flux linkage prediction SVM-DTC without flux linkage loop is proposed. This method considers the increase of flux linkage amplitude caused by only applying quadrature axis voltage vector, and the magnetization effect brought by the change of the rotor flux linkage position. The optimal reference voltage vector is accurately calculated by predicting the stator flux linkage that meets the torque control requirements and direct axis component of stator current is zero. The simulation results show that the proposed method can simultaneously control the vertical and horizontal components of the stator flux linkage, and the amplitude of the stator flux linkage changes adaptively with the load.
