Influence of Oil Filling Conditions on the Design of Deep-Sea Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

摘要: 以表贴式充油电机为研究对象,对充油电机气隙内的油摩损耗进行了具体分析。推导非均匀气隙内油摩损耗的近似解析表达式,利用仿真软件对解析结果进行验证,并分析了随压强增大油摩损耗的变化规律。通过设计参考实验拟合变压器油的粘压特性,明确损耗与压强之间的关系,由空载实验分离深海充油电机的油摩损耗,验证该油摩损耗计算的正确性。

Abstract: The oil viscous drag loss in the air gap of oil-filled motor was analyzed. The approximate analytical expression of oil viscous drag loss in non-uniform air gap was derived, the analytical results were verified by simulation software. The increasing characteristic of oil viscous drag loss with pressure increase was analyzed. The viscous-pressure characteristics of oil were fitted through the design of reference experiment, and the relationship between loss and pressure was clarified. Finally, the oil viscous drag loss of deep-sea oil-filled permanent magnet synchronous motor was separated by no-load experiment to verify the correctness of the calculation of oil viscous drag loss in this paper.
