周期性势能负载下电机变频-调压综合节能控制策略

Energy Saving Control Method Combing Frequency Conversion and Voltage Regulation for Motor Systems Under Periodic Potential Energy Load Conditions

摘要: 在分析抽油机系统效率构成以及调压节能与变频调速节能控制机理的基础上,提出一种调压与变频调速相结合的综合节能控制策略,并建立了适用于复杂工况的电机暂态能耗分析模型。该控制策略的突出优势在于保证抽油机系统井下运行效率的前提下,能够实现抽油机电机运行效率最优,提高抽油机系统整体效率。以一台37 kW异步电机为例,利用电机暂态模型进行仿真验证。仿真结果证明该控制策略可有效提高抽油机系统的整体运行效率。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the efficiency structure ofbeam pumping motor systems (BPMSs) system, the energy-saving control mechanism of voltage regulation and the energy-saving control mechanism of frequency conversion, an integrated energy-saving control strategy combining voltage regulation and frequency conversion was proposed. A transient energy consumption analysis model of BPMSs was established. The outstanding advantage of this control strategy is that it can achieve the optimal operating efficiency of the pumping motor under the premise of ensuring the downhole operating efficiency of BPMSs, thereby improving the overall operating efficiency of BPMSs. Taking a 37 kW pumping unit motor as an example, the energy consumption analysis model was used for simulation verification. Simulation results prove the effectiveness of the control strategy, and the overall operating efficiency of BPMSs is improved.
