基于齿槽型声辐射单元的非接触式超声破碎仪

A Non-Contact Ultrasonic Disruptor Based on Tooth-Slot-Type Radiator

摘要: 超声破碎是一种常用的细胞破碎方法,按照被破碎生物样品是否与超声设备直接接触,通常可以分为接触式和非接触式破碎。针对非接触式破碎声能利用率较低特点,设计了一种齿槽型声辐射单元的非接触式破碎仪。利用底部励振的周期性齿槽结构产生的超声场对样品进行破碎。在超声破碎仪的样机实验中,设计了一个齿宽10 mm、齿高20 mm、齿间距15 mm的周期性齿槽结构作为的声辐射单元,工作频率为31.03 kHz。与传统的非接触式超声破碎仪进行对比,实验结果表明,在处理时间12 min、占空比50%、超声脉冲周期20 s的条件下,齿槽结构的破碎效果要优于普通结构的超声破碎仪。

Abstract: Ultrasonic method has been widely utilized in the disruption of cell samples, which can be divided into contact and non-contact disruption according to whether the disrupted samples are in contact with the ultrasonic transducer directly. To solve the problems of low energy efficiency and rupture effect the non-contact disruption, a novel structure of the non-contact ultrasonic disruptor was designed. Different from the conventional ultrasonic disruptor, it is equipped with a periodic tooth-slot radiation unit at the bottom of its water tank.A disruptor with a tooth width of 10 mm, tooth depth of 20 mm, tooth separation of 15 mm, and working frequency of 31.03 kHz was designed and tested. The experiments show that, under sonication conditions of 12 min processing time, 50% duty cycle, and 20 s ultrasonic pulse period, the tooth-slot-type ultrasonic disruptor has better rupture effect than the conventional one.
