摘要: 在对直流有刷电机进行电磁干扰测试时,电机的辐射干扰一直是一个非常值得关注的内容。提出基于测试电机共模干扰电流的传递函数法和基于电路模型仿真得到电源线时域电流的时域仿真法,通过傅里叶变换得到电机的辐射干扰。将仿真与测试结果进行对比,传递函数法相比于时域仿真法具有更好的仿真效果,对电机辐射干扰的拟合能够更加准确。

Abstract: In the electromagnetic interference test of DC brush motor, the radiated interference of motor is always a very important content.Transfer function method and time domain simulation method were introduced. In the transfer function method, the common mode interference spectrum of the motor was obtained by testing, and the frequency-domain mathematical operation was performed with the transfer function, the time-domain simulation method obtained the time-domain current on the power line of the motor during the operation by establishing the circuit model to simulate.The radiated interference of the motor was obtained through Fourier transform. Comparing the simulation results with the test results, the transfer function method has better simulation effect than the time-domain simulation method, and the fitting of the motor radiated interference can be more accurate.
