摘要: 采用预磁化粉料制备、多脉冲磁场取向干法成型技术,研制高性能烧结铁氧体外转子极异方性多极磁环,对粉料制备、磁场取向成型、烧结、磨制、多极充磁及检测过程进行论述。结果表明,所制得的外径72 mm,内径60 mm,高度50 mm的10极外转子多极磁环工作面磁通密度分布波形呈良好正弦性,峰值平均值大于0.195 T。

Abstract: The high performance sintered ferrite external rotor multipole magnetic ring was developed by the preparation of pre-magnetized powder and the dry forming technology with multi-pulse magnetic field orientation. The preparation of powder, forming with magnetic field orientation, sintering, grinding, multipole magnetization and testing process were discussed. One kind of 10-pole external rotor multipole magnetic ring with an outer diameter of 72 mm, an inner diameter of 60 mm and a height of 50 mm was developed. The result showed that the magnetic flux density distribution waveform of the multipole magnetic ring presented good sinusoidal characteristics, and the average peak value of magnetic flux density was greater than 0.195 T.
