利用磁通计模拟冲击法原理测试初始磁导率

摘要: 依据冲击法测试原理,结合磁性材料的相关测试标准,提出了利用磁通计测试软磁合金磁滞回线的测试数据,并结合磁滞回线对称的特点,模拟冲击法测试计算原理来计算所测试的软磁合金的初始磁导率的方法,并且通过对比分析了新测试方法,测试得到的两个不同材料初始磁导率的数据与采用冲击法得到的初始磁导率数据验基本一致,证明了采用磁通计模拟冲击法测试软磁合金初始磁导率是可行且准确的。

Abstract: According to the principle of DC ballistic method and the test standards of various magnetic materials, a new test method was put forward to measuring the initial permeability of soft magnetic alloy by using fluxmeter. This method calculating the initial permeability by using the principle of DC ballistic method through the date obtained by integration method. And we verified the feasibility and accuracy of the new test method by measuring the initial permeability of two kinds of soft magnetic alloysthrough contrastive analysis by the new test method and DC ballistic method.
