摘要: 定子铁心材料对永磁同步电机性能的影响至关重要,随着对铁磁材料研究的不断深入,涌现出了一大批诸如1J22、非晶合金等新型材料。借助于ANSYS仿真软件,研究了结构参数对外转子永磁同步电机性能的影响,并以设计的电机参数为基础,研究新材料对转矩密度、功率密度、效率等方面的影响,给出了各种材料的应用场合,为定子铁心材料的选择提供依据。研制了一台样机并进行初步实验,验证了该设计的合理性。

Abstract: The influence of stator core materials on the characteristic of PMSM is very important. With the deepening research on ferromagnetic materials, a large number of new materials such as 1J22 and amorphous alloys have emerged. Using the ANSYS simulation software, the influence of structural parameters on the performance ofpermanent magnet synchronous motor with external rotor(ERPMSM) was studied. Based on the designed parameters, the influence of new materials on torque density, power density and efficiency was studied. And a basis for the selection of stator core materials was provided. An ERPMSM was developed and the experimental results verified the correctness of the design.
