摘要: 为解决油田抽油机因负载变化而导致电机运行效率低、电能损耗大,资源浪费等问题,基于普通异步电机的运行规律和设计方法,提出了多功率电机的设计理念和设计方法,并对某电机进行了高、中、低三个功率等级的设计。通过对该电机三个功率等级下性能参数的对比分析,说明了该设计方法的有效性。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low operating efficiency, large power loss and waste of resources due to load changes, the design concept and design method of multi-power motor based on the operation performance and design method of ordinary asynchronous motor were put forward,and high, medium and low three power grades for a motor was designed. The effectiveness of the design method was illustrated by the comparative analysis of the performance parameters under the three power levels of the motor.
